Devon was born on Mother's Day 2005 and is the last offspring of our beloved late Hanoverian mare Hannah. Devon's damsire Hill Hawk xx, one of Germany's most celebrated thoroughbred improvement sires, was also the damsire of the Oldenburg mare Cileste who when crossed with the immortal Weltmeyer produced the unprecedented stallions Welt Hit 1-6. Her sire Davignport currently ranks 4th by the USDF among dressage stallions. Devon is a fabulous mover, has a big ground covering stride and is an outstanding prospect for dressage or eventing. Devon is in-foal to the sensational Hanoverian stallion Fabuleux.

Bred in Germany and imported in-utero, Ryka is a stunning mare by the outstanding Rubinstein son Regazzoni out of SPS Daconda M. She comes from a very consolidated dam-line that is closely related to Rotspon, the famous Rubinstein son who won his performance test in 1998. Her sire Regazzoni was the winner of his 100-day stallion performance test in Muenster-Handorf Germany in 1994, who thereafter became federal vice-champion German riding horse in 1995 and won the finals of the 1996 five-year old German Dressage Championship. Ryka clearly shows FEI potential and in her first show season, she qualified for USDF Region 1 BLM Championship Finals as well as Dressage at Devon with a score of 7.540 in the USEF/FEI 4 year old test. Ryka was site Champion of her AHS mare inspection and Reserve Champion of the Mare Performance Test with scores of 8 for rideability, 9 for the walk and 8s for trot and canter securing her position as an Elite Mare Canditate. Ginger Ale is by the renowned Olympic dressage stallion Donnerhall who needs little introduction. Her dam SPS Georgette (Genever/Lungau) also carries impressive bloodlines. Genever is considered by many to be the best son of the immortal stallion Gotthard whose successful progeny are too long to list. Lungau (Lugano II) is well known for his dressage ability, his consistency as a sire, and the versatility of his offspring. Ginger Ale earned a premium rating and has only produced premium foals. Her first foal by Sandro Hit is currently successfully competing in dressage in the USEF 5 year-old division in the US for 2008. In 2005 Ginger Ale gave birth to the striking black colt Rodon by Rosenthal who was exported to Colombia, South America as a stallion prospect. In 2008, Ginger Ale delivered an elegant, long-legged filly, Dahli, filly by the the sensational young Oldenburg stallion Davidoff Hit (Don Davidoff / Sandro Hit / Continue) who will carry on her dam's legacy at SBF. Ginger Ale is currently in-foal to the impressive German stallion Rotspon (Rubinstein I x Argentan x Pik Bube)and due April 2009.

Tragically we lost Hannah to colic in 2005. She was a remarkable mare who possessed rare Hanoverian bloodlines in the U.S. Hannah was by the German thoroughbred sire Hill Hawk out of a Reinicke/Altenwalde dam. She was an exceptional mover and had a career in dressage before becoming a broodmare. On Mothers Day 2005, Hannah gave us the greatest gift of all…a precious bay filly we named Devon by Davignport (Davignon / Maat)who will carry on her legacy.
